Questions about billing.
What happens when we outgrow the included seats?
Nothing breaks — you keep adding people and pay per extra seat: $3 a month on River and Yasien, $2 on Alpheus. The Free plan is capped at 7 seats.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Every price here is net. VAT is calculated and collected at checkout by DodoPayments, who act as Merchant of Record for the transaction and issue your invoice.
Can we change plans in the middle of a billing period?
Yes, up or down, at any time. You choose whether the change applies immediately — you pay the difference when upgrading, or get the unused value credited toward future renewals when downgrading — or at your next renewal instead. Features and data that the lower plan does not offer can be lost permanently on a downgrade.
What if we cancel an annual plan early?
Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then the workspace moves to the Free plan or the lower plan you picked. The unused part of an annual period is not refunded.
Will we know before an annual plan renews?
Yes. We email a reminder no later than 7 days before the automatic renewal, so there is time to switch plans, change the billing period, or cancel.
Who handles invoices and refunds?
DodoPayments issues invoices and receipts and processes refund requests. Write to [email protected] if you would rather we sort it out with them for you.
